The Hiring Process

• Once a resume or application is received, it is reviewed by our management team against the qualifications of the open position.
  
   
• If we have any openings you will receive a call from our management team in reference to a current opportunity.
  
   
• Qualified applicants will be called in for an interview and will be considered for any openings or potential future openings.                                       
   
• To ensure that we hire the very best, Martins Maintenance utilizes various pre-employment tools such as competency and skills testing.
  
   
• All candidates must consent to a background check.
  
   
• Once a candidate has cleared all pre-selection and pre-employment testing, an offer will be extended to the most qualified candidate.
  
   
• A start date is determined and new hires must attend training sessions. 

Requirements

• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete a background check and/or drug screening.
• Must be able to provide three forms of ID, to include, vaild state issued drivers license or ID, Social Security Card or Green Card, Birth Certificate, etc.
