Martins Maintenance has employed the following staff members to ensure that all of our customers needs and requirements are fully satisfied:
Operations Manager
· Oversees provision of all services.
· Supervises assignment of area managers and supervisors.
· Meets regularly with area managers and site representatives to ensure
the quality of service provided.
· Performs frequent site inspections, taking steps to correct all problems.
Area Managers
· Responsible for the management of multiple sites.
· Assists the Operations Manager.
· Appoints site supervisors.
· Oversees facilities that do not have a dedicated supervisor.
· Reviews discrepancy reports/insures all documentation is filled and filed.
On-Site Supervisors
· Assigned to a specific site.
· Responsible for the daily scheduling of service.
· Maintains the availability of necessary supplies.
· Supervises all safety and quality control requirements for assigned site.
Service Technicians
· Responsible for the actual execution of contract cleaning services.
· Provided with site specific schedules designed to guide the provision of
service.
Administrative Support
· Oversee the day to day operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, Human Resources, and Payroll.
· Acts as liaison between staff, clients and Martins Maintenance, Inc.
management.
